Pennington Management Services is a values-based, customer-focused, third-party and full-service property management company. Ms. Christine Pennington, Principal and CEO of Pennington Management Services along with her team are diverse in management to include Multi-family, Residential, Class A Office, Condominium Projects and Retail Shopping Centers.

Before starting Pennington Management Services Ms. Pennington has served as a Partner and Director of Property Management with both Newmark Moses Tucker Partners and Flake & Kelley Northwest. Ms. Pennington started her journey into Property Management at Sexton Associates, Inc., where she started in accounting. This is where she obtained her real estate license and  has been at the forefront of the property management market in the NWA area for 25+ years.

In addition, Ms. Pennington has also had the opportunity to develop a relocation department with a highly accredited real estate firm in Northwest Arkansas. In one year, she ten folded what they had done in their relocation business in the previous five years combined.
